An application must be submitted and approved by the Master Architectural Committee prior to the painting of the exterior of the home. For your convenience you may print a copy of the form by selecting the link below or pick up a form at the administration office. No appointment is necessary to obtain the form or to submit the completed form. Please be aware only the registered homeowner of a property can submit an application for review and consideration by the Master Architectural Committee. No painting may begin until a homeowners' application has been approved and a permit card has been issued.
Note: Wood Trim is to be painted every 4 years and Stucco every 16 years as required in the Sun Lakes Rules and Regulations Article VII Section 22.

The paint samples shown here have been approved for use by the Sun Lakes HOA Master Architectural Committee. These colors are the recommended selection of the committee for the exterior surfaces of the home which includes stucco, wood trim, and patio covers.
