Sun Lakes opened in 1987 and features 3,327 homes and condos ranging from 850 to 2,627 square ft. in over 50 different floor plans, offering two or three bedrooms. Most enjoy magnificent views of fairways, lakes and mountains. Pricing typically ranges from the low $130,000 to the low $400,000.  Homeowners own the community which features 24-hour gated community patrol.
 
A diverse mix of amenities caters to the social and active requirements of Sun Lakes Country Club residents. The community includes three large clubhouses. The Main Clubhouse is the largest and hosts a large outdoor pool, restaurant, lounge, veranda, fitness center, library, billiards room, multipurpose hobby and meeting rooms plus the grand ballroom.  Additionally the North and South clubhouses include indoor and outdoor pools, fitness rooms, and meeting rooms.
 
The Sun Lakes Restaurant offers casual and fine dining in a welcoming environment. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and delightful champagne brunch the first Sunday of every month. Live music entertainment is presented weekly in the adjacent lounge. The Sandwedge Grill serves a great variety of breakfast and lunch items plus offers outdoor seating. The Veranda also offers outside food service during the summer months.
 

 
For the exclusive use of Sun Lakes residents and their invited guests, there are two Sun Lakes 18 hole golf courses owned by the homeowners. The finely manicured holes meander through the neighborhoods and offer golfers breathtaking views of towering San Bernardino and San Jacinto Mountains. The Championship course is a challenging 7,017 yard par 72 layout with five teeing options. The 3,000 yard, par 60 Executive golf course has 6 par 4’s plus 12 par 3’s and is a fun experience for all skill levels.
 
 
 
Other outdoor amenities include: 8 lighted tennis courts, 3 paddle/pickle ball courts and 3 lighted bocce ball courts plus RV parking.

The Sun Lakes Country Club property management company is Associa-PCM. Associa-PCM is responsible for the day-to-day management of Sun Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association and report directly to the corporation's Board of Directors.
